All our items are unconditionally guaranteed to be authentic. 100% of our item are inspected by at least two experts before being put on-line in order to check their authenticity. We are members of the main international numismatic associations (ANA, ANS, IBNS). Moreover, you can choose to receive an authenticity certificate (free option on the payment page), or ask us to send the item to an independent grading company (PCGS, NGC or PMG) on the payment page (free option for any item of €500 or more). That’s perfectly normal. The packages need to go to a sorting center, so it may take up to 48 hours, as the Post Office needs to scan the package and then process it further.

We aim to send the orders the same day or the following morning depending on when they are received.However, items worth in excess of €100 are shipped later.These items are not actually kept in stock in our facilities for security reasons.In this way, we visit the bank every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to finalize the shipments for the items in question.

Our team takes on responsibility for all the procedures with the Ministry of Culture required for obtaining the export certificate and license. 

If you would like to have an item graded, it may take 3 to 4 months. Depending on the times, it may be better to contact the customer service.

We only bear the return costs in case of non-conformity, defects, or an error concerning the item or one of its characteristics.

However, if you change your mind and want to return an item, you will be responsible for bearing the return costs.
