Conditions for a simple letter:

Condition for a registered letter:

• Abroad: €4,95 if the order is over €150

Condition for an express shipping:

Delivery times

Items must be returned in a secured manner, in the original condition with the original packaging in which they were delivered, and by a suitable carrier providing a tracking number.
