Profile right of Appolinian type with prognathic chin, from which 4 pearled lines emerge, 2 from the forehead and 2 from the nape of the neck, connected to human heads. To the right of the profile, a large cross starting from the forehead.
Androcephalic horse right surmounted by an charioteer raising his right hand and holding the reins with his left; below, a hippophorus with its head turned to the right.
Rare stater attributed to the Venetes or Namnetes tribes, distinguished from the classical type with the cross (Delestrée 2187-2190) by the prognathic chin on the observe. Interesting example for its apparent details: the complete portrait, the large cross, and 2 pearled lines each adorned with a human head, the reverse is fully visible with the wide flan.
